It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven at its value.

Below a description of use of water. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

When you need to drink fruit juice – drink only fresh fruit juice not from cans.

Don't drink fruit juice that has been heated up. Don't eat cooked fruits because you don't get the nutrients at all. You only get to taste.

My New Ipod Earphone

Just this afternoon i got my new ipod earphone delivered from manila. The SENNHEISER CX-300 earphone. Cool a nice balance of bass and treble ideal if you want an alternative earphone for your ipod. Its quite expensive for an earphone but you wont regret the quality it brings.

The market price for this earphone is Php 4-5K. I like the outside noise reduction features especially when you travel on bus or busy city.

1. Don't mind me--I'm only here to break your PC:

It's like sending in a different scout each time to open the gate for the rest of the invaders. The "Glieder Trojan" and many others use a multistage infection process whose first step is a tiny program that the crooks can change constantly so your antivirus watchdog is less likely to recognize it. Once it gets in, the downloader tries to disable your security before pulling down the real payload, which could be a data stealer or anything else the attacker wants.

2. Locked and encrypted Web sites? No problem:

Web sites can and should use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt and protect sensitive data such as bank account log-ins. (When a lock icon appears in the address bar, that indicates the site is using SSL.) But the "Gozi Trojan" and its ilk evade SSL protections by making Windows think they're part of the process, so your data leaves IE and goes through Gozi before it's encrypted and sent out on the network. Instead of spying on your keyboard, which many security programs watch for, these apps roll into the OS as fake layered-service providers (LSPs).

3. Malware that scans your PC for malware:

An extra antivirus scan can only be a good thing, right? Not when it just gets rid of rivals to the "SpamThru Trojan." This nasty introduced a pirated, pared-down version of Kaspersky AntiVirus (which Kaspersky has since shut down) to delete other malware so it could have the victim PC to itself to use as a spam sender. If the PC had a real antivirus app, SpamThru would attempt to block its updates, preventing it from identifying new threats.

4. Equal-opportunity encryption:

Encrypting sensitive data and protecting it with a password helps shield it from prying eyes. But the "SpyAgent Trojan" enters the encryption game, too. When installed on a Windows PC with the Encrypting File System (which is included in Windows 2000, XP Pro, 2003 Server, and 2005 Media Center), SpyAgent establishes its own administrator-level user account and uses this account to encrypt its files. You--or your antivirus software--would have to guess the account's random password to decrypt and scan the malicious files to confirm they weren't supposed to be there.

5. Hi, firewall. I'm Windows Update. Honest:

Firewalls protect computers and networks from bad guys' efforts to go in or out. So the "Jowspry Trojan" masquerades as something known and approved--Windows Update. The crafty malware makes its connections look like the Background Intelligent Transfer Service used by Windows Update, and unsuspecting firewalls let it download more attack programs to your PC.

Software Update Disables Hacked iPhones

September 29, 2007 Apple Inc. issued a software update that creates problems for modified IPhones to work with cellular carrier other than AT&T Inc. and it disables at least some unofficial programs installed other than Iphone Handsets.

Several gadget enthusiast Web sites, including Gizmodo and Engadget, as well as online postings from hacker communities reported that, depending on which unlocking program was used, certain modified phones no longer worked after they installed Thursday's software update. In some cases, the phones worked, but only with the original SIM card that ties the phone to AT&T.

Some hackers had characterized Apple's warning as "a scare tactic." Despite Apple's history of playing cat-and-mouse games with hackers in the past, company officials insisted they were "not proactively" trying to make hacked iPhones useless.

Installing Apple's latest iPhone update is optional.

"Taga Lipa Are" Virus Fix

Recently when i was updating the antivirus on the office i found out the internet explorer of the PC has a "Taga Lipa Are" title. Then when i checked the internet settings some of the functions is disabled. Then one of our staff complained that when you double click the local drive it auto plays instead of opening it. And i found out that this virus came from a USB DEVICE or IPOD. But thanks i have a NOD32 Antivirus installed and after the update if remove the virus and i manually patch the disabled functions. If you're antivirus didn't remove it for you heres a fix for it :

STEP 1 : Download this tool from leerz25 website. Extract it and double click the file NOOB_KILLER.by.Leerz.exe

STEP 2 : When the program opens click the button "Auto-Fix Kill TLA".

STEP 3 : After that click OK and Reboot your system.

Dirty little secrets you should know when working as an IT

As im clearing up my emails before i leave the office. I have this newsletter which i could share to you when you have plans for a career on an IT or new on IT. Well im surprise with this things.

1. IT pros frequently use jargon to confuse nontechnical business managers and hide the fact that they screwed up.

"All IT pros — even the very best — screw things up once in a while. This is a profession where a lot is at stake and the systems that are being managed are complex and often difficult to integrate. However, not all IT pros are good at admitting when they make a mistake. Many of them take advantage of the fact that business managers (and even some high-level technical managers) don’t have a good understanding of technology, and so the techies will use jargon to confuse them (and cover up the truth) when explaining why a problem or an outage occurred."

2. Some IT professionals deploy technologies that do more to consolidate their own power than to help the business.

"Another subtle but blameworthy thing that some IT professionals do is select and implement technologies based on how well those technologies make the business dependent on the IT pros to run them, rather than which ones are truly best for the business itself."

3. Veteran IT professionals are often the biggest roadblock to implementing new technologies.

"A lot of companies could implement more cutting edge stuff than they do. There are plenty of times when upgrading or replacing software or infrastructure can potentially save money and/or increase productivity and profitability. However, it’s often the case that one of the largest roadblocks to migrating to new technologies is not budget constraints or management objections; it’s the veteran techies in the IT department."

4. You’ll spend far more time babysitting old technologies than implementing new ones.

"One of the most attractive things about working in IT is the idea that we’ll get to play with the latest cutting edge technologies. However, that’s not usually the case in most IT jobs. The truth is that IT professionals typically spend far more time maintaining, babysitting, and nursing established technologies than implementing new ones. 5. Vendors and consultants will take all the credit when things work well and will blame you when things go wrong

"Working with IT consultants is an important part of the job and can be one of the more challenging things to manage. Consultants bring niche expertise to help you deploy specialized systems, and when everything works right, it’s a great partnership. But you have to be careful. When things go wrong, some consultants will try to push the blame off on you by arguing that their solution works great everywhere else so it must be a problem with the local IT infrastructure."

6. Your nontechnical co-workers will use you as personal tech support for their home PCs

"Your co-workers (in addition to your friends, family, and neighbors) will view you as their personal tech support department for their home PCs and home networks. They will e-mail you, call you, and/or stop by your office to talk about how to deal with the virus that took over their home PC or the wireless router that stopped working after the last power outage and to ask you how to put their photos and videos on the Web so their grandparents in Iowa can view them. Some of them might even ask you if they can bring their home PC to the office for you to fix it."

7. Certifications won’t always help you become a better technologist, but they can help you land a better job or a pay raise

"Headhunters and human resources departments love IT certifications. They make it easy to match up job candidates with job openings. They also make it easy for HR to screen candidates. You’ll hear a lot of veteran IT pros whine about techies who were hired based on certifications but who don’t have the experience to effectively do the job. They are often right. That has happened in plenty of places."

8. You will go from goat to hero and back again multiple times within any given day

"When you miraculously fix something that had been keeping multiple employees from being able to work for the past 10 minutes — and they don’t realize how simple the fix really was — you will become the hero of the moment and everyone’s favorite employee. But they will conveniently forget about your hero anointment a few hours later when they have trouble printing because of a network slowdown — you will be enemy No. 1 at that moment."

9. It will be your fault when users make silly errors

"Some users will angrily snap at you when they are frustrated. They will yell, “What’s wrong with this thing?” or “This computer is NOT working!” or (my personal favorite), “What did you do to the computers?” In fact, the problem is that they accidentally deleted the Internet Explorer icon from the desktop, or unplugged the mouse from the back of the computer with their foot, or spilled their coffee on the keyboard."

10. The pay in IT is good compared to many other professions, but since they pay you well, they often think they own you

"Although the pay for IT professionals is not as great as it was before the dot-com flameout and the IT backlash in 2001-2002, IT workers still make very good money compared to many other professions (at least the ones that require only an associate’s or bachelor’s degree). And there is every reason to believe that IT pros will continue to be in demand in the coming decades, as technology continues to play a growing role in business and society. However, because IT professionals can be so expensive, some companies treat IT pros like they own them. If you have to answer a tech call at 9:00 PM because someone is working late, you hear, “That’s just part of the job."

Pinging °ÿ with 32 bytes of data

Just had this problem and took up a while to scan GOOGLE.COM for a solution. Well this is not always a case. But it really happens. Sometimes a WINDOWS XP machines have its winsock catalog corrupted. If you ping the loopback connection or any ip address at the COMMAND PROMPT :

PING -a -n 1 127.0.0.1

You will see this as the hostname reply :

Pinging °ÿ with 32 bytes of data:

That °ÿ is the sign that a WINSOCK CATALOG is corrupted. Here's the fix for that :

Before you do this you must have an administrative user access on that machine other wise you can't perform this fix

STEP 1 : Click START button then click RUN. Type "cmd" without the quotation mark and hit ENTER

STEP 2 : When the command prompt opens type "netsh winsock reset catalog" without the
quotation. Then hit ENTER.

STEP 3 : Reboot the machine and the problem will be cleared up.
